About

An open privacy lab for humans, agents and proofs

Privacy rails for the agentic economy.

11th.network is an open lab building privacy-first tools, research and educational content for the next generation of AI-driven collaboration.

We explore how zero-knowledge proofs, selective disclosure and privacy-preserving infrastructure let humans, agents and organizations verify what matters without exposing everything. In an economy increasingly run by AI agents, privacy stops being a luxury and becomes the infrastructure that enables identity, permissions, reputation and trust — without surveillance.

AI should optimize the procedural world. Humans should remain sovereign over purpose, identity and choice. Proofs should create trust without unnecessary exposure.

Why “11th”? Before the technology come the people and the problems worth solving. “At the 11th hour” is a call to act — the hour before midnight, the moment to build the privacy layer the agentic economy will run on.

The lab is built in public by Alex Pestchanker. It's not a personal résumé — it's a home for a family of products and experiments that share one bet: that the agentic economy needs privacy rails, and that they should be open.

Principles

What guides the work

01

Privacy is infrastructure, not concealment

In an economy run by agents, privacy is the rail that lets identity, permissions, reputation and trust move without surveillance. It enables adoption — it is not a place to hide.

02

Humans keep authorship of purpose

Machines optimize the procedural layer: search, posting, pricing, building, negotiation, allocation, sales, logistics, compliance. The why — intent, limits, legitimacy — stays human, and stays sovereign.

03

Prove what matters, expose nothing else

Zero-knowledge proofs and selective disclosure let people, agents and organizations verify exactly what a counterparty needs — and not one bit more.

04

Compliance without unnecessary exposure

Rational privacy means you can satisfy a verifier, a regulator or a partner with a proof instead of a data dump. Trust becomes computable.

05

Build in the open

Tools, research and lessons ship publicly. The fastest way to earn trust in a privacy lab is to show the work.

06

Midnight as the privacy anchor

We build on Midnight Network and ZK proofs as the reference stack for verifiable computation — a programmable, privacy-preserving foundation for the agentic web.

How to get involved

The fastest ways in: explore the projects, fork the open references, follow the build, or bring a real privacy problem worth proving. Builders, reviewers, researchers and ecosystem partners are all welcome.

Build: fork the Agentic Multipass reference and bring a real agent workflow.
